Born and schooled in the UK, James has been in the Real Estate industry in the Cayman Islands for a number of years after a successful and diverse career in the UK and other parts of the world. An accountant by profession, he brings an analytical approach to the business of Real Estate, and will concentrate on high end commercial and residential sales and leasing.

With experience in Sales and Marketing and the Financial Service industry he offers a professional approach augmented by an extremely high level of personal service, local knowledge and a keen commitment to ensure total client satisfaction.

Quatro Hatch

A Caymanian citizen born in the USA, Quatro moved to Cayman in 1956 with his family who were pioneers in the local hotel business. Educated at the University of Miami returning to establish several food service related businesses.

He joined the firm in 2001 and has become especially adept at sales of land and subdivisions. Quatro is best known for his easy going friendly nature which makes him a customer favorite.
